Early commercial phase. CompCheck currently uses labeled demo asking-price fixtures until marketplace credentials are approved.

Price types

• Asking price: what a seller is currently listing. This is the only evidence CompCheck uses today.
• Sold price: a completed sale. CompCheck does not have sold-comp access and does not invent those numbers.
• Suggested range: the interquartile band of comparable asking prices after weak matches are filtered. It is an estimate, not a valuation.

Common issues

• Demo mode banner: live eBay/Etsy comps stay off until the owner installs approved API credentials and turns demo mode off.
• Lookup blocked: free monthly limit reached — wait for the next month, or upgrade after Stripe test/live keys are installed.
• Stripe checkout unavailable: test-mode Stripe keys are not set in this environment. You will not be charged.
